All orders are shipped via FedEx, Canada Post or other major carriers.

You may come pick up your order at Denis Musique - Québec(701 rue St-Joseph Est, Quebec City, QC, Canada, G1K 3C6) during regular business hours to avoid any shipping costs.

The responsibility of the shipping contract is transferred to you automatically as soon as your order is in the hands of the shipping company.

Denis Musique Inc. ships all items uninsured, and the risk of shipping loss or damage is the sole responsibility of the customer. For information purposes only, most carriers cover the first $100 value of goods. Additional insurance can be purchased for 3.25% of the total value of purchase, optional when you place your order online. Let we know your wish in the section “information to communicate” in the order form. We will contact you to confirm next steps.

Delivery time (after notification) can take from 2 to 10 business days, to most major metropolitan areas. Rural area destinations may take a longer time, and/or require a depot pick-up. Any additional delivery charges as a result are the sole responsibility of the customer.

To obtain a return for credit, all merchandise must be shipped to Denis Musique Inc. within the 30 days of your purchase. Denis Musique Inc. will not accept returns after 30 days of purchase date.

You must communicate with our sales support (support@denismusique.com) to get a valid return authorization number

Once a return authorization is given, our shipping department will contact you to arrange for pick-up. Denis Musique Inc. will deduct these charges before any refund is processed. All original shipping and handling fees, including fees originally paid by Denis Musique Inc. for any free shipping discount, are not refundable. Handling fees for return merchandises are charges to the customers. A 2.5% administration fee of the refundable amount is automatically applied on all return transactions. An additional restocking fee may be deducted before we process any refund.

Denis Musique Inc. will only process a return item if it contains of all original packaging, including but not limited to: boxes, cases, manuals, cables, warranty cards, etc. All return items will be inspected for abuse or wear in which case additional charges may be applied.

Denis Musique Inc. will not accept returns on consumable items, such as, without limitation: books, CD’s, DVD’s, soundcards, software, flutes, harmonicas, reeds, strings with open packaging, mics, drumsticks, drum skins, clothing.

Refunds for payments may take up to 10 business days to be processed after reception and inspection of goods. There are no cash refunds, although a store credit or gift certificate may be requested at no additional charge.

The warranties of the merchandise purchased are the sole responsibility of the manufacturers of such products. Denis Musique Inc. will act solely as an intermediary between you and the manufacturers whenever possible. All merchandise received by the customer must be inspected upon reception. The shipping company and Denis Musique Inc. must be immediately notified of any damages. Denis Musique’s personnel will guide you through the proper procedure.

The customer will pay all shipping costs to and from the manufacturers or Denis Musique Inc.

The delays in honoring warranties depend on several variables, including, but not limited to: location of manufacturer, type of product, nature of the malfunction or damage, shipping company, product availability, replacement part availability, etc.
